Research activities: Employability (Human Capital, HRM, Labor Market) and Innovative Work Behavior


Prof. dr. Stoffers' research activities are mostly focused on Employability (Human Capital, HRM, Labor Market) and Innovative Work Behavior. 

Scholarly activities include theoretical research as well as applied science research and case studies. Applied science is based on advanced scientific knowledge and methods but is dedicated to solving practical management issues and business and economic problems rather than the further development of such knowledge and methods.
